Privacy policy

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit the inquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone number, country, state or province, city, zip code, whether you are a homeowner or a developer, what you would like designed and your timing (homeowners) or your company and number of homes (developers), and anything you write about your project. If you reached the form from a specific page, we also receive which page or community you came from.

Information collected automatically. This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. We use our own privacy-friendly website analytics, operated for us by our web developer, Sitecarve, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long people stay and how far down a page they scroll, where on a page they click, whether the inquiry form was sent or a phone or email link was tapped, which website or search brought them here, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location (city, state and country). Our analytics never record anything you type, do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. Your IP address is used only briefly, to estimate that approximate location and to count unique visitors with a code that changes every day, and it is not stored. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no analytics are collected for your visit.

Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information for each visit (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry, to discuss and provide our design services, and to keep ordinary business records. We contact you by email or phone about your inquiry. We do not send automated or marketing text messages, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who else handles it

We share information only with service providers that run this website for us, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Netlify hosts this website, receives and stores inquiry form submissions, and stores the website analytics described above.
• Sitecarve, our web developer, operates the website analytics and uses them only to report to us on how the site is performing.
• Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts deliver the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests the fonts from them, which shares your IP address and browser details with them. Adobe also counts page views for font licensing.
• Panoraven provides the 360° model-home walkthroughs. Their content loads only on the pages where a walkthrough appears.
• Our email provider, which delivers your inquiry to our team.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to provide any services you engage us for, and afterward only as long as reasonably necessary for our business, legal and tax records. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Website analytics are kept for up to 26 months and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

We do not track visitors across websites. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, our analytics do not collect anything for your visit.

Security

This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections and uses security headers that restrict what content may load on its pages. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information through the form.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
